CrossFit Group Class

Our CrossFit course is more than meets the eye. At its core, it’s constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity combining strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. Each 1-hour class consists of one or more of the three different modalities in CrossFit, metabolic conditioning, body weight, weightlifting and more. Plus, every WOD (Workout Of the Day) is different so you never get bored! We scale each exercise to your fitness level, so you get the maximum effect every time.
