Every new CrossFitter begins in our Fundamentals course. It’s where you’ll train and learn the correct techniques for classic CrossFit movements. These sessions make for a more meaningful and productive experience once you enter our regular group classes. Participants will attend 2 sessions per week for a four-week period followed by a skills test.
Our CrossFit course is more than meets the eye. At its core, it’s constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity combining strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. Each 1-hour class consists of rowing, burpees, pull-ups, pushups, and more! Plus, every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each exercise to your fitness level, so you get the maximum effect every time.
What’s GoRuck? It’s a challenging yet fun social fitness experience. It’s designed to test your limits, both mentally and physically. Step out of your comfort zone and discover what you’re really capable of. Remember: Cantina CrossFit is a Preferred GoRuck Training Partner.
Compliment your Crossfit with yoga! Tune in your body and relax your mind while increasing your strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance with Hatha Yoga Instructor, Victoria Inman. This will be additional programing outside of our regular Crossfit membership.
Strong Kids & Strong Teens. Both programs build and expand on the foundations and skills of CrossFit’s movements and framework, while developing and accommodating individual needs of our young athletes.
The goal for both programs is to provide a foundation for life long wellness. We make our program fun and engaging. Our classes are perfect for all kids, regardless of ability level, special needs, or athletic experience.
In addition to group classes we also schedule individual and youth team sessions. By providing an opportunity of support, and guidance, Strong Kids and Strong Teens works on physical, nutritional, and emotional aspects to support them in all that life brings.
